In an increasingly automated world, it’s challenging to incorporate enough physical activity to keep growing hearts and minds healthy. Space constraints, time constraints and social constraints make traditional means of staying active, well… constrained.

I get it, because I’m a mom (of 5 sweeties), an educator and a fitness trainer. My name is Keri-Ellen Walcer, MHSc. I’m the founder of MusiGo Inc and I want the same things you want; to improve the health and well being of my family and my community. In over 20 years of parenting, studying, teaching and training, I’ve learned a few things that I’d like to share with you:
